Out of Stock Shoes Showing as In Stock - How are they so unorganized NOW
I love these shoes and have been ordering for years but my last order was cancelled immediately after I questioned the status of it since it had been 11 days with no shipping detail. The shoes are actually out of stock and not in the warehouse so Kenneth Cole's website was wrong by showing as in stock.
How am I supposed to trust a website that doesn't have the correct info?
My cc was charged right away with no problem and I wonder how long I would've had to wait had I not questioned the status. Whoever is handling their inventory is doing a terrible job and I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.

RE: Poorly made shoes that are falling apart in one year
Kenneth Cole's customer service did email me. Their response was they did not guarantee, nor warrantee, nor pay to have any of their purchased products fixed if falling apart; this policy applies whether I purchased them directly through them or through another retailer.
Since it had been over 90 days (the return policy for Macy's), I was stuck with two pairs of shoes that were not able to be worn without being fixed by a cobbler or thrown away. So, I paid $50.00 to have them fixed.My response to Kenneth Cole was that I understood why they utilize "pissedconsumer" as their customer service platform. Kenneth Cole's quality of product and lack of customer service must create many irate customers.
I asked them to add me to that pissed off customer list because I would not be purchasing any future product made by Kenneth Cole. DM Easterling
