Nope. They did nothing.

I went back to the store; they cared about me as a customer and gave me $ back less 40% even though I didn't have a bill.

Never buy from this company. Junk

I've emailed multiple times, sent pics when requested and no longer get a response. The shoes fell apart- literally- within a few months. Never, ever again will I buy anything from this company

Very disappointed as I have a closet full of Kenneth Cole clothing.

I have 2 Kenneth Cole down coats: 1 is a jacket the other is long coat and both of them shed the down on by clothing when I wear them they are my favorite coats but unwearable. Is this s fault in all your down coats. Do have a solution ?

I purchased the men's shoulder bag at Macys in downtown LA about 18 months ago,and I keep this bag inside the flannel bag and I keep this bag inside the box and put in my closet. I really rare to use this bag,when I want to use it I noticed the leather damaged bit by bit because of the bad quality of the leather. Kindly tell me what I should do,Thank you so much. Very poor quality shoes despite the high price tag

First week with my new pair of black chelsea boots (reg $159, but I bought on sale for $79) and the zipper on one shoe came off the runner (for lack of a better term). I was able to re-thread it back in place, but now have to be careful not to pull the zipper right down, as it will pop off and need re-threaded. The following week, i noticed that the leather on the toe of one shoe had started to peel away. It has gotten worse since. And this week, I picked up my shoes to notice that the bottom of one heal is about 1/4 worn away and there is a big gaping hole under the heel. Talk about poor quality materials and construction. It's a shame, as I thought I was buying a good quality pair of shoes that would last me a while but obviously not. The shop I bought them from won't take them back now that I've been wearing them for a month, so I'm out of luck other than to leave this review and warn others not to buy poor quality Kenneth Cole shoes.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

called corporate for assistance with a return and person answering the phone would not give his first name . Called the cust service number to request a return label and no one can generate one for a pair of shoes I purchased . After many attempts I had to put a dispute in with my credit card company to get the charge removed from my account . I cant believe that in this day and age that a large US based company can not assist one of its loyal customers . least to say they will never see another dollar from me or any one I Know . Barry

If you have a customer service department they should be available to answer the phone and help a customer. Two days and at least 20 calls with no live person to talk with is not customer service.

Horrible Company

I tried to make multiple orders with this company. My orders were always cancelled. I was then charged for the orders I did not receive. I had to call the credit card company to dispute charges. Issues were never resolved with their customer service. They lied over the phone, making false promises about discounts, free shipping and ultimately made charges on my account that did not exist. I will never buy from them or recommend their company to anyone ever. Bad company! Beware!

HORRIBLE! Do not order from Kenneth Cole.com

When you place the order they charge your card, then when the order ships they charge your card again.

They take 2 authorizations for the order. The first authorization went through. The 2nd did not cause my CC company thought it was a duplicate so they declined the auth. Kenneth Cole canceled my order.

I called, they told me my card declined. I had plenty of avail. credit. So thinking it was a fluke with my CC company, I gave them my debit card.

So, one again - Charged my card at the time of order, then charged my card at shipment. Now, I have a pending charge on my CC that has not fallen off and I have 2 pending authorizations on my debit card/checking account. This is not the only issue - I had address issues, that I made sure to communicate and they still didn't get it right!

Still waiting for my shoes. Get em from Amazon!!!
