No service at all- shoes fell apart
Nope. They did nothing.
I went back to the store; they cared about me as a customer and gave me $ back less 40% even though I didn't have a bill.

HORRIBLE! Do not order from Kenneth Cole.com
When you place the order they charge your card, then when the order ships they charge your card again.
They take 2 authorizations for the order. The first authorization went through. The 2nd did not cause my CC company thought it was a duplicate so they declined the auth. Kenneth Cole canceled my order.
I called, they told me my card declined. I had plenty of avail. credit. So thinking it was a fluke with my CC company, I gave them my debit card.
So, one again - Charged my card at the time of order, then charged my card at shipment. Now, I have a pending charge on my CC that has not fallen off and I have 2 pending authorizations on my debit card/checking account. This is not the only issue - I had address issues, that I made sure to communicate and they still didn't get it right!
Still waiting for my shoes. Get em from Amazon!!!
