I have the managers name,number and email address that is in control of the refunds. I have left 8 voice messages and emails but no reply.

I will continue to call and email everyday, now that I have her direct number. I wish I could get 100 people to call and flood her phone lines.

I bought two pairs of shoes on July 6th 2019 and returned them a few days later because they didnt fit correctly. I sent the shoes back with the provided shipping label from Kenneth Cole.

The shoes were returned and I was told that they never received them.after arguing back and forth, I received an email that the items were received and my refund would be added back to my pay pal account within 1 billing cycle. A month goes by and still no refund. The manager named Ashley is full of *** and always tells me that the refund has been forwarded to upper management. It is now December 2019 and I have been calling Ashley the manager at least 3 times a week and I am always told the same thing.

I will call her every week until I get my money back. I have every receipt for proof of purchase and return of the merchandise, including emails from employees that state that I will get my refund shortly.

Dont give up , dont give up . Keep calling and fighting until you get your money back.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $163.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Kenneth Cole Pros: Shoes when i first bought them.

Kenneth Cole Cons: Will not honor the refund of returned merchandise.

Hello, I am currently fighting to get my refund of $162.74 form a purchase made back in July 2019. It is now Jan 21,2020 and I still am fighting.

I have a managers name and number. Her name is Eileen McGuire. I have emailed 6 times and called 20 times, still no call. My name is john and my email address is johncania@***.com if you would like to exchange the information that I have.

I am hoping to get a class action lawsuit. I have all documents to proceed with my refund.
