I have purchased kenneth cole watch IKC2884 from snapdeal 30th Oct 2015. I had used this product for last 8 mnths..but suddenly in just 8 months its leather belt got fruited and broken..i have been using many titan and other leather strap watches since many year but this kind of disappointment i have never rcvd..and that too with brands like kenneth cole..i have been trying to reach every possible person in titan and priority marketing..nobody is even concerned about any problems consumer is facing..No customer care no is valid..no body is responding to firstname.lastname@example.org...Brands like kenneth cole is not expected to have such customer negligent attitude
